Yesterday RedUP members Emma Caterine and Sur Madam spoke at a press conference/rally at New York City Hall and testified at the City Council’s Public Safety hearing on ensuring access to condoms through comprehensive, statewide legislation that would ban the use of condoms as evidence in ALL 14 prostitution related offenses in New York State.
