WE’RE HIRING a paid, part time Community Organizer to work on our creative programs in NYC (no remote commuting). The person we hire will work alongside our staff and members in our Brooklyn HQ to support folks and make content in the context of the creative work of RedUP - memoir and theatre workshops, our journal Prose & Lore, storytelling events, film and video, and internets.
We are prioritizing hiring someone with experience in the sex trades. There is no minimum education requirement and you can write us a letter about why you’re a good fit if you don’t have a resume.
